The 40ft container that we purchased on Wednesday arrived today. PTL! It wasn't cheap but we were thrilled to find it so we would have a place to store some of the donated items when they arrive. We continue to try to help the other American organizations personnel adjust to this culture and answer their many many questions about living in Haiti.
The Burn Clinic is being used not only to minister to the medical needs of the people but also to the spiritual. The hearts of the people are open and as they sing, pray and share the Gospel each day during clinic hours many have accepted Jesus as their personal savior.
There are some in our church that want to know if we could, or should, donate tents for the homeless in Haiti. Would that be beneficial? What would be the best way to proceed?
