I went back to the doctor April 12th. He said everything was doing well except the retina was not 100% attached but that should clear up in two or three days. He said when I could no longer see the "bubble" in my eye...I could drive. Went back to the doctor today because the bubble has not gone away. The surgeon was not in his office...won't be until Monday. This new doctor said the retina is still not 100% attached and that there was not a different treatment he could do until the eye surgeon returned. Not sure what the next treatment will be and won't know until Monday. I am still unable to drive so I am very confined. Learning to be patient. Covet your prayers.

Not sure if you have been receiving David's updates. Judy flew out of
Haiti with Cindy and Amanda Wed April 3rd. after she noticed that she was not
seeing well out of her right eye. It seemed to have a veil over it.
Arrived back in Owensboro on Thursday afternoon. Had an
appointment with Dr. Maddox who said she definitely had a detached
retina.(40% detached) . He scheduled her for Dr. Millsap for Friday morning. Dr. Millsap
was able to do the surgery at 11:30 am on Friday morning. His treatment
was a gas bubble into the eye, a buckle around the eye and then because
of where she lives decided to go ahead and take care of the cataract at
the same time. Normally they would make two surgeries out of this. The gas bubble makes the cataract grow much faster. She will not be released to go back to Haiti for at
least a month. Continue to pray for His healing. She has been told to
just "sit" for the next week. Anyone that knows her knows how hard this
is for her.
